Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first session focuses on getting to know the player, building confidence, and assessing their current ability. We keep it fun and simple while introducing basic ball control, coordination, and movement, along with light technical drills to understand strengths and areas to improve.
Lesson 11+Ongoing lessons focus on refining technique, improving consistency, and introducing more game-realistic scenarios. Sessions are tailored to the player’s goals and position, helping them develop confidence, game awareness, and a strong technical foundation to continue progressing.
Lesson 4-10From lessons four through ten, players begin to see noticeable improvement in ball control, coordination, and overall confidence. Training becomes more challenging with structured drills focused on dribbling, passing, shooting basics, decision-making, and applying skills under light pressure.
Lesson 2-3Lessons two and three build on the fundamentals with more repetition and structure. Players will work on basic dribbling, passing, first touch, and coordination while continuing to grow confidence and comfort on the ball through simple, game-like drills.

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonThe first session focuses on understanding the player’s goals, position, and competitive level while assessing technical ability, movement patterns, decision-making, and intensity. Training is fast-paced and game-realistic, with immediate feedback to identify strengths and specific areas to refine.
Lesson 11+Ongoing sessions are fully customized to the player’s goals, position, and season schedule. Training focuses on fine-tuning details, improving match performance, and maintaining sharpness through high-level, game-specific work designed to translate directly to competition.
Lesson 4-10From lessons four through ten, training becomes more demanding and individualized. Sessions emphasize consistency, efficiency, and performance under fatigue, with advanced ball mastery, positional movements, scanning, and decision-making built into realistic game situations.
Lesson 2-3Lessons two and three increase intensity and detail, focusing on position-specific technical work, sharper decision-making, and execution under pressure. Players will be challenged with high-repetition drills, speed of play exercises, and game-like scenarios tailored to their role.

Youth players
Working with kidsWhen working with kids, I keep sessions fun, engaging, and age-appropriate while building strong fundamentals. Drills are broken down into simple steps, use lots of repetition, and include games that help develop coordination, confidence, and a love for the sport.

Working with teenagersWhen working with teenagers, training becomes more structured and goal-oriented. Sessions focus on improving technique, decision-making, and game understanding, while pushing intensity in a supportive environment that builds confidence, discipline, and accountability.

What you need to bringPlayers should bring cleats, athletic clothing, water, and be ready to train with focus and effort.

What I can bringI provide soccer balls, cones, agility poles, resistance bands, mini hurdles, pinnies, and structured training tools for technical development, speed, and game-specific drills.
