Your first lessonI asses where they are at physically and technically through a variety or agility and technical drills. I identify strengths and weaknesses and create sessions tailored to aiding their weaknesses while improving their strengths.
Lesson 11+Continual improvement in all aspects of their game.
Lesson 4-10Monitor progression while continuing to strengthen the session both in intensity and skill.
