Your first lessonIntroduction to the session-plan
What is wanted?
How do you create the plan?
Who is doing what?
Where can we implement everything?
Activation: Running & touches of the ball.
Warm-up: Stretches both static/dynamic movements.
Technical: Core focus of the on ball aspect of the session. Examples are dribbling, turning, running with the ball, and scoring.
Skill: Conditioned environment of repetitive actions that hone the development of fundamental facets of the core focus, such as 'first touch,' and how to enact efficiency and effectiveness in the components of a technical skill.
Game: An environment of challenges that develops competition and motivation to strive for development and personal achievement.
Lesson 11+Full completion of the sessions as mutually discussed and agreed upon.
An assessment of the sessions and the consumers' overall review of their experiences.
Lesson 4-10Feedback and assessment of the implementation to date and the need to intervene for changes to regression or progression of the scheduled sessions.
Lesson 2-3To begin the implementation, the determined plan of action.
Autonomy of the consumer through dialogue of the process.
Advanced training plan
