How do I share my location on lesson day?

On lesson day, you can send your exact location in the chat. This helps your student or coach find you at the lesson spot. It works the same way in the Coach App and the Student App.
Share Your Location
Before an in-person lesson, a card shows above the message box in your chat. It shows the lesson time, such as Lesson at 2:00 PM.
- Open the chat
- Tap Share location
The other person gets a location card that says Hey! I am here, with your address.
The card shows from 20 minutes before the lesson starts until 10 minutes after, in the time zone of the lesson spot. It does not show for online lessons. It hides for 30 minutes after either of you shares a location.
To share your location at any other time, tap + in the chat, then Share location.
Location Access
The app uses your phone's location. If location access is off, nothing is sent. The app shows Location needed:
- Tap Open Settings to turn on location access for the app
- Tap Not now to close the message
Your location is sent only when you tap Share location.
