Renewal and cancel
Your plan charges your card on the date shown in Billing. You can cancel anytime: no new charge starts, and lessons you already paid for stay valid until their expiry date. A regular renewal charge isn't refundable. Weekly lessons are the exception: you can refund your latest top-up within 48 hours of the charge, as described in Refunds and lesson expiry. Sending a refund request stops future charges on that plan.
Pause
You can pause a plan for up to 6 payments at a time. Nothing is charged while it's paused, and it resumes on the date shown. Pausing doesn't extend the expiry of prepaid lessons.
Weekly lessons
Weekly lessons charge your card when you have one prepaid lesson left. See the weekly lessons section of Pricing, packs, and prepaid lessons.
You can refund your latest top-up within 48 hours of the charge, once every 12 months. Open your weekly plan and choose Refund lessons. See Refunds and lesson expiry for the full rules.
