What do I tell a student who asks about refunds or expiry?

Students sometimes ask you when their lessons expire or how to get a refund. Keep your answer short, and send refund questions to support.

What to tell the student

Prepaid lessons are valid for 12 months from the purchase date. Aside from our cancellation policy, our first-lesson risk-free guarantee, and a booking your coach doesn’t confirm, prepaid lessons are non-refundable. For a refund, contact TeachMe.To support.

How refunds work

Our team reviews every refund request. Don’t promise a refund, and don’t explain how refunds are approved.

• When the issue relates to the coach experience, the student gets a full refund.
• Any other refund of remaining lessons is subject to approval from our team.
