What is the payout schedule?

TeachMe.To coach payouts are automatic and sent once a week, every Wednesday morning (Pacific time). You no longer need to request a payout. If you need your money sooner, you can take an instant payout for a flat $0.99.
Automatic Weekly Payouts Every Wednesday
After each completed lesson, we create the payout for you. Our team reviews every lesson, and all of your approved payouts for the week are combined and sent together on Wednesday.

Our payouts provider charges a fee every time we send a payment. Combining payouts into one weekly transfer means far fewer fees, which is why many platforms pay weekly.
Weekly Cutoff: Tuesday at 9am Pacific Time
If your lesson is completed and approved before Tuesday at 9am Pacific time, it's paid in the next day's Wednesday payout. Anything approved after that goes out the following Wednesday. If Wednesday is a bank holiday, payouts go out the next business day.
Need It Sooner? Instant Payouts for $0.99
You can get paid as soon as a lesson is approved with an instant payout. Instant payouts cost a flat $0.99 per payout, taken from that payout. Your fee is always shown in the Coach App before you confirm.
To get one payout instantly:
- Open the Coach App and go to Payouts.
- Select the payout you want sooner.
- Tap Get instant payout and confirm.
To get every payout instantly, turn on Pay me instantly by default in the Coach App. New payouts are then paid as soon as they're approved, at $0.99 each.
- Once a payout is set to instant, it can't be switched back to weekly
- Payouts of $0.99 or less have no instant fee
When the Money Reaches You
Once your payout is processed, arrival time depends on your payout method:
- Venmo or PayPal: usually the fastest
- Bank account (ACH): 3 to 5 business days from when processed
You can change your payout method in the Coach App anytime.
Payout Methods
For US coaches, the enabled options are bank transfer (ACH), PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Payoneer, AirTM, Visa gift cards, and Amazon gift cards. International bank transfers are also available to eligible non-US coaches.
The options you see depend on your location and account eligibility.
Venue Fees Are Not Paid Automatically
Weekly payouts do not include venue or reservation fees. You still need to request these fees manually. To request a venue fee, contact support.
First-Time Coaches: Additional Setup Time
Before your first payout, you'll receive a text from DOTS, our payment processor, to set up your payout method, verify your identity, and add your banking information. This is a one-time step. Keep your payout details up to date so your payouts aren't delayed.
Where to Track Your Payouts
In the Coach App, go to Payouts to see:
- Upcoming payouts and the date each will be paid (for example, "Paid Wed, Oct 14")
- Payouts that are processing or completed
- Any instant payout fees
