When am I charged for a lesson?
Updated
TeachMe.To aims to keep payments simple and transparent so you always know when you’ll be charged for lessons.
You pay for every lesson when you book it, whether you buy a single lesson or a lesson pack.
Charged at the time of booking
For all lessons on TeachMe.To (single lessons or lesson packs):
- Payment is collected at the time of booking
- Your card or selected payment method (card, Google Pay, Link, CashApp, or gift card) is charged when you confirm the lesson
- You’ll receive an email receipt right after the charge is processed
This applies to:
- One-off lessons
- Multi-lesson packs
Weekly lessons and automatic recharge
You can agree to weekly lessons and automatic recharge in the Student App or student website. Your coach must agree to the weekly time before the plan starts.
The review shows the weekly price, first purchase, recharge quantity, fees, and currency. You must agree to the weekly price and authorize automatic recharge. When you have one prepaid lesson left, your saved card pays for the disclosed recharge. We notify you at least 24 hours before each automatic recharge.
CoachSite plans use the selected offering's regular price. A welcome discount does not repeat. See Pricing, packs, and prepaid lessons for the full pricing rules.
If you have a plan, it charges your card on the date shown in Billing. See Plans and renewals.
Lessons you paid for and have not scheduled are prepaid lessons. They stay in your account for 12 months from the date of purchase.
