How does my TeachMe.To balance work?

Your TeachMe.To balance is money you can use on your next lesson pack.
Where Your Balance Comes From
- Savings from scheduling next to another lesson. When your coach has a lower price for a time next to another lesson, and you pick that time, the saving goes to your balance.
- Referral rewards. When a friend you refer pays for lessons, or a coach you refer qualifies, the reward goes to your balance. See How do friend referrals work?.
- Support. Our support team can add to your balance, for example to fix a charge.
See Your Balance
- Open the Student App, or the student dashboard on the web
- Open the menu
- Tap TeachMe.To balance
You see your total, where you can use it, and a history of what you saved and spent.
How Your Balance Is Used
- Your balance comes off your next lesson pack automatically, at checkout.
- You always pay at least $0.50 by card, so your card is checked.
- Your balance does not pay for weekly plans, clinics, camps, open play, or coach content.
- A saving from a lesson you bought on a coach's own website works only with that coach. The balance page shows it as Only with and the coach's name.
If a Purchase Is Refunded
If you get a refund on a lesson pack that used your balance, or that earned savings, our support team adjusts your balance by hand. Contact support if your balance looks wrong.
