The past three decades, Dr. Joy has spanned the globe as “Inner Winner” Success Sports Coach/ Author/ Speaker and highly sought Female Tennis Coach and Thought Leader. Before that, Dr. Joy co-owned and directed Macci International Tennis Academy with Rick & had the pleasure working with Superstar Tennis Protégé’s Serena and Venus Williams, Andy Roddick, Jennifer Capriati, Mary Pierce, Vince Spadea and many other wonderful academy students from around the world.
