"I think the lesson was so helpful. I enjoyed the combo drills and the serving and volleying practice. Those parts really stood out. Iβd like to do more all-around practice, particularly focusing on hitting the ball crossing the court better. Alex is an awesome coach and knows exactly how to help you improve your technique and also explain it really well.

"Iβve noticed a real difference since working with John, his attention to detail and ability to understand exactly what I need have made me much more confident on the court. I still have goals to work toward, but with Johnβs help, I am definitely moving into the right direction. If youβre thinking about taking a lesson, I highly recommend John - his coaching can truly help you refine your game and see progress fast.

I played division 1 tennis for University of Hartford. Since than I take pride in being one of the busiest USTA Eastern tournament Menβs player. Iβve achieved numerous age division #1 rankings in the East as well as national rankings. I like to share some of my experience to my students. Iβve been a certified member of the USTA for about 30 years as well as over 30 years experience as a full time tennis instructor
"The attention I received during the lesson was quite focused, which helped me see where I could improve. Though I still have some areas to work on, I appreciate the steady approach Jonathan maintains and his balanced feedback. Looks like continual improvement is the goal, and Iβm hopeful about making progress with his guidance. If you're interested in a lesson thatβs genuinely attentive, you might want to give Jonathan a try.

USTA Team Tennis, league player, and highschool tennis background. Looking forward to working with you and getting you on the court!
"Raymond's lesson was quite helpful, especially as he focused on my serve and footwork, which I hadn't nailed before. Though I think a few more sessions will really boost my confidence. Still, I appreciate the practical tips and look forward to continuing to improve with his guidance.

"I was a complete beginner when I first met Elijah 3 months ago. Very quickly he was able to assist me with getting the right equipment and oriented me with ease. Coach Elijah breaks down all the components of the game and is patient yet firm in his approach. He also has great supplemental equipment to fast-track training ground strokes, footwork, etc. He helped me develop a one-handed backhand that actually has βfire powerβ and I feel much more confident going to the tennis court.

I teach tennis lessons to anyone and everyone. Never touched a racket? No problem! Do you want to go up a level, make the high school team, or be able to play with friends? Kids, high schoolers, adults, couples, and groups. I love tennis! USPTA level 2 Certified, Tennis Serve Specialist. Worked with Rick Macci (coach of 5 world #1 ones including Williams sisters and Andy Roddick), Jose Higuras (head of U.S. high performance program), Jeff Salzsentein (former top 100 player), Hans Podlipnik (Wimbledon QFist), and many others. Head high school coach for 11 years, active tournament player, patient teacher. Passionate about helping underserved kids throughout Seattle learn tennis and have organized and connected with many initiatives to do so. My goal is to help you achieve your goals whether that be improving technique or beginning to learn to play. To that extent, I am fairly flexible in my approach. For beginners, I focus on technique, proper grips, and generating topspin. To do this, I focus on hand feeding a lot of balls early on to develop proper technique and to train the muscle memory. Specifically, I teach a semi-western forehand, two-handed backhand, volley fundamentals, split stepping, proper footwork and serve mechanics. I also work with students who have one-handed backhands. I am a big believer in putting in a lot of time on the serve. For more experienced players, I will work with you to either identify areas for improvement or to work on areas youβve identified you would like to improve.
