I fell in love with tennis at age 10 or 11. It quickly became the thing I cared most about for the better part of my life. It is a sport for a lifetime, and it will always be my first love. I started teaching tennis in 2011 after earning my teaching certification with the Professional Tennis Registry (PTR). It’s always fun to introduce a new player to this game or to work with a player who is passionate about tennis and wants to learn more. I look forward to meeting new students and sharing my passion for tennis with them.

I’m passionate about fostering a love for tennis in players of all ages and skill levels. My decade of experience, coupled with my background as an experienced player, allows me to create engaging and effective training programs tailored to individual goals. As an ambidextrous player, I’m able to demonstrate and coach from both the forehand and backhand sides naturally, which gives students a unique visual and technical advantage when learning stroke mechanics, positioning, and shot development. In addition to tennis, I’ve played hockey and baseball throughout my life, which has given me a deep understanding of athletic movement, discipline, and cross-training techniques. I often integrate elements from those sports—like agility drills, hand-eye coordination work, and strength and conditioning regimens—that translate exceptionally well on the tennis court. I am a former college tennis player and 12.28 UTR competitor with experience in international and prize money tournaments across various countries. Recently honored as the 2024 ITA Central Region Assistant Coach of the Year for Kenyon College, I have coached players of all ages and skill levels. For me, tennis is all about having fun, whether that's improving your game, winning matches, or simply getting a good workout. Each player has unique goals, and I'm here to help you achieve yours!

Andie has over 15 years of coaching and playing experience. Born in Kingston, Jamaica and migrated to New England in 2011 and began coaching professionally; while also working in Banking and Finance as a Mortgage Loan Officer. She is RSPA/USPTA CERTIFIED NewTennis Player and USTA SafeSport Certified Coach. Wheelchair Accessible Coach. Her tennis game is inspired by the likes of Monica Seles, Venus Williams and Pete Sampras to name a few. She focuses on fun drills with structured sessions to enable personal growth and expanding the reach of the game. Her knowledge comes from decades of playing and teaching alongside all levels of players. She is passionate about sharing the game with everyone!
