I have worked with club environments such as SAT Florida and Surf New Jersey, run private player development programs, and currently lead ProXsports where I oversee coaching standards, athlete development, and media production in elite youth and professional environments.
I have 20 years of experience as a player in Italy including 6 years in professional youth teams, after stopping playing due to physical problems I began my experience in the world of football by setting up a youth sector company called Alto Academy, always in Italy where we have achieved exceptional results in the last 8 years, bringing more than 100 boys to professional teams including Inter, Fiorentina, Citadella, Vicenza, Verona, etc. excellent knowledge of tactics and technique
