Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe go over the placements to kicking the ball correctly. Just getting the feet used to it.
Lesson 11+The player will be able to connect all pieces with control and confidence to move around the game.
Lesson 4-10We start thinking about how the ball will move, looking around, defending, shooting, etc.
Lesson 2-3We then start incorporating drills that can be moved with ball and watching around you with confidence.
Youth players
Working with kidsTo work with kids, I will make it fun games for them while teaching them the important aspects.
Working with teenagersWith teenagers, I will focus drills that I see they need the most work on while building their confidence.
What you need to bringwater, ball, cleats, other equipment you might need for personal or health.
What I can bringI can provide a ball if needed, cones, color coding ( for awareness ), agility ladder.
