Beginner training plan
Your first training sessionIn our introductory lesson we will work on gauging where your skill level is at and find out what your goals are going forward.
Training Session 2-3Lessons 2-3 our focus will be to implement key technical work to make big/quick improvements to your game. Quick success makes people hungry for more soccer!
Training Session 4-10Lessons 4-10, is our time to focus on the more detailed parts of the game to help retain the training done so far. Small details make all the difference in the game.
Training Session 11+Lessons 11 and up:
Repeat, Repeat, Repeat
Repetition makes perfection (or as close as we can get to perfection!)
Youth players
Working with kidsEach player is different so I tailor the sessions to each individual. Building immediate rapport helps them feel at ease and welcome learning.
