Hi, I’m Coach Frida Monsalvo I’m a former Division 1 soccer player, All-American, and SCC Defensive Player of the Year with a degree in Kinesiology and a deep passion for helping athletes reach their full potential. I currently serve as the Head Girls’ Soccer Coach at Glen A. Wilson High School and as an Assistant Coach for the Mt. SAC Women’s Soccer Program. I have not coached the game. I have been playing this game on streets on grass on sand , can name it all! Though when I got an injury and couldn't play, my teammates asked to manage them when they were out playing and I took the honor in doing that and learnt a lot! In game coaching as I was captain of my team playing in Lebanon and Nigeria. Moved recently to orange county and can see the lack of soccer culture, and I am so ready to help in that!
