Your first lessonWe will focus on basic and low pressure technique (shooting, dribbling, juggling, etc) and goals setting (where you want to get to and how we will get you there!)
Lesson 11+I’ll teach you how to take on players, how to defend, how to do long balls, how master your first touch, how to volley etc and then I’ll help you find teams to play for!
Lesson 4-10I WILL HELP YOU MASTER THE BASICS!

Advanced training plan
Your first lessonIn the first lesson we will do a skills evaluation testing the students passing, dribbling, shooting , first touch, turning, Game IQ and skill moves.
Lesson 11+In Lesson 11+ we will continue review game footage and base our private sessions around what game footage tells me you need to work on.
Lesson 4-10In Lessons 4-10 If you’re a collegiate athlete I will help you get fit for your pre season pacer test and sprint tests.
Lesson 2-3Lessons 2-3 with advanced players I will help them master their weak foot, learn game IQ, improve fitness and stand out in their position for coaches to notice!
