My name is Elliot Ruoo, and I am a former NCAA Division I soccer player at Liberty University and also have played professionally in England and Spain in the second and third division. I am currently a coach at LAFC academy and also have experience running camps in Spain. With several years of coaching experience and a USSF B Coaching license, I provide personalized training designed to improve technical skills, tactical awareness, and confidence for players of all levels. Every session is tailored to each athlete’s goals, creating a challenging and supportive environment that promotes measurable improvement and a lasting passion for the game.

Hi, I’m Coach Frida Monsalvo I’m a former Division 1 soccer player, All-American, and SCC Defensive Player of the Year with a degree in Kinesiology and a deep passion for helping athletes reach their full potential. I currently serve as the Head Girls’ Soccer Coach at Glen A. Wilson High School and as an Assistant Coach for the Mt. SAC Women’s Soccer Program. With years of experience as both a player and coach, I specialize in sports performance, speed and agility, strength and conditioning, and injury recovery—especially for athletes returning from ACL injuries. I’ve worked with athletes of all levels and ages, from youth players learning the basics to competitive athletes preparing for the next level. My goal is to create an environment where every athlete feels seen, supported, and challenged. I believe in combining science-based training with intentional coaching that builds discipline, confidence, and a strong mindset. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your game to the next level, I’m here to guide you every step of the way
