Beginner training plan
Your first lessonOn the first session, I approach with a positive attitude. I need to analyze and understand what are the player needs in order to prepare for a second session. I tend to cover all aspects in the field: passing, dribbling, shooting…. And more. Also I like to create a bond with the player so we can have a great time.
Lesson 11+Repetition will make you perfect.
Lesson 4-10A beginner expert will get straight to work and unlock their full potential. I will also emphasize in how to chances quicker and find more speed when dribbling the ball. I like to work on the 1v1 and free kicks.
Lesson 2-3Second and third sessions will be a little bit more intense and challenging and I will ask players to do more reps and get tired. I like to push limits right on so they understand they can do better in the field. They will probably do some exercises they never did before and learn new things that will open doors, that’s great. I will try to teach them what they taught me at the Real Zaragoza Academy in Spain as u grew up.
