Play both modern and hickory golf (pre 1930 clubs). Current handicap is 5 lowest handicap +3 Spent 19 years maintaining Golf Courses. As a golfer I promise to leave it better than I find it. I often use the sandwich approach by complementing them on something they did right then look at something to fix and then come right back and talk about another positive thing they did.
