At this level, the swing is already builtānow the battle is between the ears. In this first advanced session, weāll focus on self-awareness: how your thoughts, emotions, and identity shape performance. Weāll observe your routine, your self-talk, and the way you respond to failure or pressureānot to fix, but to understand. This lesson isnāt about swing changes; itās about alignment between your mind, body, and intention. Youāll begin to see how golf reflects life: the need for focus amidst distraction, grace after a mistake, and calm confidence in chaos. From this point on, itās less about mechanicsāand more about mastering the space between shots, just like the space between lifeās moments. What you carry inside the ropes, you carry into the world.
