I supply all the necessary equipment (nets, paddles, balls), so just bring a water bottle and excitement for learning the game. Hello my name is Allen and I am a local Milwaukee tennis coach with over 40 years of playing experience and over 11 years of teaching experience! After I retired as a Senior Graphic Designer in 2009, I turned my attention to another life-long passion, tennis! Since then, I have earned three gold as well as five silver medals in tennis while participating in the Senior Olympics. I have also been a boys and girls tennis coach at Brookfield Central High School since 2013 and served as the head tennis coach for Mount Mary University located in Milwaukee (NCAA Division 3) in 2016. I am currently employed as a tennis instructor for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Tennis is great fun! It’s a lifetime sport that brings many rich benefits. Learning to play tennis well brings a sense of fulfillment and self-confidence. I am offering fun private tennis lessons, semi-private tennis lessons, group tennis lessons and hitting only sessions for all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and for all skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). I was varsity all three years I played in high school (I was injured my sophomore season and didn't play). In high school, I played shortstop, and I pitched. However, I can coach any position. Now I am the CUW baseball student manager for the team and help in the day to day activties and game day activties.
