My primary positions were first base and center field, where I developed strong defensive skills, quick decision-making, and leadership on the field. I love sharing my knowledge of the game with others and helping players build confidence, improve their technique, and enjoy the sport as much as I do.

With over two decades dedicated to shaping soccer players, I bring a wealth of experience and a proven track record. My passion lies in fostering both technical mastery and a deep love for the game, helping athletes reach their full potential. I'm committed to providing focused soccer coaching that propels players forward.

I've been playing pickleball since I was 8 years old, and over the years, it's become more than just a sport—it's a passion. With over 3 years of coaching experience, I love helping players of all levels grow their game, whether you're a total beginner, or an experienced player looking to sharpen your strategy and technique. Over the years I’ve won multiple 4.5-5.0 level gold medals, and coached many students to high level tournament success. I’m a dance instructor with 29 years of experience, specializing in Lindy Hop, Balboa, Waltz, Foxtrot, Blues, Fusion, and wedding first-dance preparation. With a background as a massage therapist, I integrate principles of body mechanics and injury prevention to support longevity in dance. Beyond improving balance, reducing anxiety, and boosting brain function and memory, dancing is simply fun! Hi! I'm an NCAA Division 1 swimmer at Columbia University who's been swimming for over a decade. For the past 4 years, I've worked as a summer swim coach for children ages 6-18, coaching all skill levels.
