Beginner training plan
Lesson 2-3Build consistent groundstrokes and court movement. We focus on unit turn, body rotation, and strike-zone footwork for both forehand and backhand. Introduction to basic overhead serve mechanics and simple crosscourt point play.
Lesson 4-10Advanced consistency, match play strategy, and tactical refinement. We work on slice, topspin variation, return of serve, approach shots, and mental toughness. Transition into live match scenarios and official USTA-style competitive play.
