I’ve been playing and coaching Pickleball for 7 months and am currently rated 3.6. I’m passionate about helping players of all skill levels improve their game, especially those who are new to the sport. My patience and dedication ensure that every player feels supported and motivated to reach their full potential. I also play baseball and combining my skills from baseball to Pickleball is a great learning opportunity for myself! If you love baseball and are new to Pickleball, a lot of your knowledge will transfer over to advancing in Pickleball!

I picked up tennis as a middle schooler, played as a high schooler and enjoyed it competitively into both college (recreational) and during active duty. I continue to play, learn and tutor my children. I also had the honor of coaching elementary and middle school children as a Senior in high school. My desire to coach is in inspiring the next generation in this wonderful sport. Elaborating; my more competitive years were from 1994-1997 where I would compete across the state of Oklahoma in numerous USTA tournaments. Additionally, our high school hosted and participated in weekly matches and tournaments during the fall and spring school semesters. On a personal level, I am a Christian, husband, father, and hobbies are numerous because I’m an adventurous guy (tennis, golf, fishing, snorkeling, scuba diving, mountain and trail hiking, Astronomy). Professionally, I completed my Master’s Degree in 2016 & recently my PMP Certification (Project Management Professional). Security+ (CE) certified. Additionally, I coached Jr. Flag football (6 seasons), Jr. Volleyball (1 season) & Little League Baseball (2 seasons). My MinistrySafe Background Church sponsored by First Baptist Church of Georgetown (TX) was renewed as of July 2025 which included specific training in Sexual Assault Prevention and Reporting. TMT has a copy of the previous background annual check. "This was a private lesson for me and my girlfriend. We’ve been wanting to learn the basics and fundamentals and I saw the teachme app ad somewhere. After going through different coaches and reviews I stumbled on Patrick. I’m glad we choose Patrick because he was exactly was his reviews said. My and my girlfriend were nervous at first and also having to be instructed in front of a bunch of other golfers felt nerve racking, but Patrick made it super easy. Super patient. He provided clubs and the steps he took with the explanation through every movement was great. He started by explaining to my girlfriend how golf is played and the terminologies. We booked 3 sessions with him and can’t wait for the next.

My journey in racquet sports began with junior and collegiate tennis, and later, I transitioned to racquetball, achieving remarkable success with 14 national titles in singles and doubles, a world doubles title as part of Team USA, and a world ranking of #3 on the pro tour.
