With a love for the gridiron, I am dedicated to cultivating the next generation of football talent. My coaching focuses on instilling fundamentals and fostering a passion for the game. I aim to develop not only skilled athletes but also well-rounded individuals.

My teaching is very straightforward and easy to learn from. I make sure my clients know what is and isn’t working for them. I dive into the fine details of their swing and there putting performance.

I hold a D.Sc. in Cognitive Modeling with a specialization in Neurophysiology, paired with a practical Nutrition & Fitness Coach certification. I understand the psychology and physiology that drive hunger, energy, and motivation. I use this expertise to help people reclaim their prime — not through starving, but through strategic nutrition and exercise that supports both brain and body. With 30 years in guitar playing and Singing, 10 years professional experience and a mindset and empowerment approach working with artists for the past 3 years JJ is a positive influence and inspiration to help up and coming musicians reach their peak in performance and fulfillment

Bring your game to the next level. Experience at the D1 and Professional level has given me a deep understanding of the modern concepts and techniques. As a certified personal trainer (NASM), I also have an understanding kinetic movement, and muscle development. I’m looking forward to mentoring young players to become better athletes, but understand the world of college athletics and beyond.
