Johann is a good coach ... he and i had a stupendous ... practice session. Back hand drills improved for hands. Damm!! We are getting there. Fore and back hand reactionary exchange, much improved. Fore and back hand drills without a net and low ceilings.

Beginner training plan
Your first lesson1.0.1: basics -- build a strong foundation with agility, court dimensions, dink importance, history, kitchen (non-volley zone) strategy, rules, quality apparel / equipment, safety 1st, strokes & serves.
Lesson 11+11-33.0.1: expert -- rinse & repeat this continuous improvement, until we cover 3 winning serves, Accuracy & Precision, AtP (Around the Post), Bert & Ernie wisdom through DUPR 4.4 & beyond.
Lesson 4-104-10.0.1: advanced -- add the essential 3rd Shot Drop, introduce some magic of spin, then expand to rewarding practice drills for increased agility, endurance & stamina.
Lesson 2-32-3.0.1: intermediate -- extend this basic knowledge to a winning strategy, from footwork & gear to efficiency & placement-over-power wisdom.
Advanced training plan
What you need to bringContinuous improvement / Growth mindset -- Optional ball (s) & your preferred paddle (s), safety glasses, sun protection, towel, water.
