Then I met an instructor who tried to fix my “form” for next six months. Do you think I was fixed? Yes and no, because it actually took me almost two years after those lessons to truly adjust. Why 2 years? Because my muscles were stuck to the 10-years-old form and resisted not to get adjusted! Why do I share my experience?
