For over 10 years I’ve had the privilege of both playing and coaching. Specifically in the area of offensive and defensive line, with the past 4 years focused in coaching all areas of offensive play. I am dedicated to assisting players reach their full potential on the field, as well as bring to them the concept that what we learn through sports, can be translated to life outside of it. i.e. hard work and facing adversity.

Mike is the founder of Three Strand Investments, a real estate development firm in Northern New Jersey. He has been developing and renovating residential real estate since 2016. His team has completed dozens of projects from cosmetic rehabs to ground up new construction. He has overseen all aspects of construction including design, material sourcing and project management. He also manages a small multi family rental portfolio and an industrial portfolio for a family office.
