I specialize in plyometric training exercises that improve vertical jumping, speed and quickness. I focus on good diet, recovery, consistency, and fundamentals with all of my basketball training clients. I train first in fundamentals, then move on to simulate in-game situations, and finally scrimmages or pickup games. Hi all - I’m looking for some new students for the winter season! It’s a great time to work on swing changes or learn the swing etc. I’ve had some great success over the years with winter training at the range and simulators to either work on the full swing or hone parts of the game. Chipping /putting short game or even speed training for those long drivers. Also breaking down the whole swing to get ready for spring. Tappan good center has a great set up all closed in with heaters or indoors at a sim. For preferably at the range where we can see direct results.
