For players age 11 and above, I believe they need to start learning the introduction of the structure, and tactics of the game, coupled with the right mentality. For players age 15 and above, having a tough (champion) mentality, fitness and nutrition, soccer intelligence, are the major keys needed.

After college I continued my playing career with Lexington sporting club where I spent two seasons competing professionally and gaining invaluable experience on and off the field.
