For players age 11 and above, I believe they need to start learning the introduction of the structure, and tactics of the game, coupled with the right mentality. For players age 15 and above, having a tough (champion) mentality, fitness and nutrition, soccer intelligence, are the major keys needed.

Richard Parrott is a Class A Member of the PGA of America with over 25 years of experience teaching the game of golf to people of all ages and abilities. Richard began his PGA career in Florida, and then spent time working at high-end country clubs in Virginia and New York. Richard’s approach to teaching golf can be summed up in one word…Personal. Richard’s golf philosophy is based on his belief that the “one size fits all” method to teaching the golf swing marginalizes the individual. My name is Pierre Mane and soccer has been a central Part of my life for as long as I can remember. I played my collegiate career at the university of Pittsburgh and Virginia commonwealth university (VCU) where I had the opportunity to compete at a higher level and grow as a player and leader. After college I continued my playing career with Lexington sporting club where I spent two seasons competing professionally and gaining invaluable experience on and off the field. As a coach my goal is to share the knowledge and passion I’ve gained through the years with next generation of players. I focus on developing technical skills tactical skills, tactical understanding and a strong team mentality while encouraging athletes to enjoy the game and push themselves to reach their full potential.
