For players age 11 and above, I believe they need to start learning the introduction of the structure, and tactics of the game, coupled with the right mentality. For players age 15 and above, having a tough (champion) mentality, fitness and nutrition, soccer intelligence, are the major keys needed.

My name is Pierre Mane and soccer has been a central Part of my life for as long as I can remember. I played my collegiate career at the university of Pittsburgh and Virginia commonwealth university (VCU) where I had the opportunity to compete at a higher level and grow as a player and leader. After college I continued my playing career with Lexington sporting club where I spent two seasons competing professionally and gaining invaluable experience on and off the field. As a coach my goal is to share the knowledge and passion I’ve gained through the years with next generation of players.
