My name is Mouad El Adli. I grew up in Morocco, played soccer professionally, and now I’m sharing that experience with the next generation. What makes me unique is the balance I bring—teaching kids professional-level skills while keeping training fun and motivating. My goal is simple: to help young players grow in confidence, discipline, and passion for the game.

My name is Diego Motivar, and I bring over 15 years of experience as a tennis coach to the Naples, FL community. Born and raised in Colombia, tennis has been my lifelong passion, and I proudly achieved success as the number one junior player in Colombia in both the 16s and 18s categories. My coaching journey has taken me through various settings, including tennis camps, college coaching, and private clubs like Columbus State University, The Field Club of Greenwich, and Quail West Golf and Country Club. With a proven track record of teaching players at all levels, I’m excited to share my expertise and enthusiasm with new clients in Naples.

Having had a life long passion for racquet sports (Certified Tennis PTR coach 20+ years and national tournament player in Platform Tennis), I was delighted to discover Pickleball 10 years ago when I moved to Naples, Florida. I was fortunate enough to win the Gold Medal in my first Men’s Open Tournament at Veterans Park. A couple of years later, I also won a gold at the US Open. Competing and playing Pickleball for exercise is so exhilarating and addictive. I met so many new players along the way who have asked me to help start them safely or improve their mid level games. I truly enjoy coaching and received my Pickleball IPTPA Teachers certification in 2017.

Owner/ director of Tennis club at Old Fields , a top Tournament host club on Long Island, NY I hired and developed academy lesson plans for hundreds of teaching pros for our thousands of students for over 25 years. Competed locally and became the top Singles & Doubles player at 4 Clubs . Captained and played on numerous USTA Leagues, winning matches up to the National Level Most memorable Match: Playing against John McEnroe and winning some games ! After my NY clubs were sold , I moved to Naples FL and started coaching all level and age students.. I hope to meet you and your family soon . I started playing tennis at 11 years old. Among this sport also ping pong was my favorite. I met Pickleball 4 years ago and it seemed a natural combination between the two. Just easier to mastering. I started my path taking private lessons and advanced camps and three years ago i achieved the first PPR Level I Professional Coach Certification. Recently I achieved the Level II from PPR and then I joined IPTPA obtaining the Level I & II Professional Coach Certification. I am a long term golfer going back to the 1980's. I was for long time a scratch player. I know all the basics of the golf game. I taught golf people in the past that never even thought they could ever play the game as good as they did. People all ages during my 6 years living at the Dominican Republic at the Santo Domingo Country Club, La Romana Golf Club. I can make you a much better golf player in just a few lessons. I currently compete at the 5.0 level in tournaments. I have a 5.003 mixed doubles rating through the paddlewars organization. I charge $40 a head for group lessons 3-8 people. I charge $80 for one on one personalized training and tournament prep!
