Your first lessonIntroduce each other, talk about their strengths and weaknesses, what they feel they need to work on most, what are their goals and what do they want to get out these trainings. Have them go through the basics so I can see where they are at.

Working with kidsI make sure they are comfortable with me and have a good relationship with me. Forming trust with my players I know it’s hard for kids to trust right away so I’d like to build that with them, eventually bringing them out of their shell and building confidence on the field!
Working with teenagersSimilar to working with kids is like to build trust and have a good dynamic with my players. Hearing them out and allowing them the freedom to tell me how they feel and what they would like to get out of our trainings. And of course to build their confidence. At this age confidence becomes very important on the field
