"Alright, Fernanda’s lesson was quite effective. Still, I think there's room for further refinement, but I’m definitely encouraged to keep practicing what I learned. If you want a measured and practical approach to golf improvement, Fernanda's worth considering.

"The lesson with Chelsea clicked for me, great teaching and steady progress, and I’m already eyeing smoother volleys as I keep practicing, anticipation builds.

I’m a 3.8 DUPR player, and what makes me a great coach is that I keep it fun 🤩! If you’re not having fun, you won’t want to play. With me, lessons are fun, safe, and focused on helping you grow—both on and maybe even off the court. I enjoy working with players of all ages and skill levels, but I specialize in helping new and entry-level players (2.5–3.0) build confidence and fall in love with the game.
"Coach Dennis was awesome! A wealth of knowledge & experience, indeed.

"This lesson was helpful, especially since Jessica took the time to simplify topspin movements which I’d been struggling with. She was very patient as I learned to use it more effectively. I still need work to become more consistent with my shots but I definitely feel more confident about hitting topspin at different areas on the court.

I'm a 500-hour RYT in Vinyasa Yoga, specializing in private sessions and free YouTube classes. I embarked on my yoga journey over 3 years ago, shedding 50 pounds through daily practice. This transformative experience ignited my passion for teaching, leading me to attain my RYT certification and share the gift of yoga.

One of the things I love about yoga is that it's so good for everyone and it can help various aspects of their wellbeing, too -- body, mind, and even soul. At the same time, one of the things I don't like about yoga is that it can be intimidating to get started and overwhelming to do it within a studio setting. And even a little risky to do it on your own via an app if you don't know what you're doing. Even the gentlest of yoga classes won't really cover the basics, explain what a pose means, how to safely get into and out of it, etc. Nor will you be able to get one-on-one guidance or assistance unless you're willing to pay big bucks for private lessons. So, what I'm offering here is an Introduction to Yoga. During our sessions, we can work on the basics of yoga asana (the physical practice and poses), breathing techniques, modifications you can use, and how to practice in a way that's best for your unique comfort level and needs. Or we can focus on poses or other practices of yoga (like mindfulness, breathing, mudras, etc.) that you're struggling with during your outside practice.

Husband | Father | Surfer | Waterman I have been surfing for almost my whole life and have been lucky enough to surf not just here in Northeast Florida, but in spots around the world such as California, Wales, Spain, and Portugal. I have taught all ages, including my kids, my kid's friends, my friends, and friends of friends how to surf on and off for the last several years. The most important thing is to make sure that it's fun!
