My teaching experience includes: cardio tennis, women’s tennis teams (A-D), children ages 4-17 and coaching high school tennis. If you enjoy tennis and want to learn new techniques or simply learn the sport it is a joy to coach! My teaching style is based on personal needs, if you want to play for fun then we’ll have a great time learning and improving strokes. If you are looking to improve at a competitive level I do offer footwork drills and fast paced drills.

My name is Matheo Mateos, and I am a Olympic swimmer and former Division 1 Student Athlete. I have represented my country at the international level around the world and have competed in major events. Swimming has been a big part of my life the past 20 years and I enjoy sharing my experience with others. I work with students of all levels, from children or adults who want to learn how to swim, to competitive swimmers who want to improve their performance.

As a former collegiate basketball player from 2018-2023 and earned my bachelor’s in sports performance, health, and fitness. As a player i understand that life is more than just basketball. I try to instill in people more than just basketball such as integrity, honesty, respect, effort, etc. We are all human and we make mistakes but taking ownership and responsibility, the effort to mend and want to get better is what matters. I'm certified in Middle School Mathematics(Grades 5-9) and have dedicated my career to helping students build confidence and achieve success in mathematics. I have taught students in grades 6-9, including Algebra 1, Geometry, and middle school math courses. Algebra is one of my greatest passions, while helping students develop a deep understanding of mathematics while strengthening their problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
