I hold a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an M.A. in Kinesiology from San Jose State University. My journey at Stanford began as a certified personal trainer at the National Accelerator Laboratory (SLAC) fitness center, and in 2017, I joined Stanford Health and Human Performance (HHP) as a PE golf instructor. Currently, I teach golf and Foundations of Health and Performance Psychology. I recently earned my Professional Golf Association apprentice status here at Stanford and am working towards becoming a PGA Class A Teaching Professional. My athletic background is diverse, including playing intercollegiate golf for Foothill College and American football at the University of Stirling in Scotland.
