With six years of professional coaching and a lifelong dedication to tennis, I've had the privilege of training a wide range of players, from toddlers to senior adults. My coaching journey began at various summer camps, refining my ability to enhance players' techniques and strategic skills. As a former top 50 player in USTA rankings, I bring a competitive edge to my coaching, coupled with expertise as a certified fitness coach to optimize on-court performance. I hold a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and an M.A. in Kinesiology from San Jose State University. My journey at Stanford began as a certified personal trainer at the National Accelerator Laboratory (SLAC) fitness center, and in 2017, I joined Stanford Health and Human Performance (HHP) as a PE golf instructor. Currently, I teach golf and Foundations of Health and Performance Psychology. I recently earned my Professional Golf Association apprentice status here at Stanford and am working towards becoming a PGA Class A Teaching Professional. My athletic background is diverse, including playing intercollegiate golf for Foothill College and American football at the University of Stirling in Scotland. Over the years, I've also enjoyed coaching youth sports, including basketball and golf.
