Your first trainingA special course to gauge skill level
Training 2-3Depending on the skill level of the fundamentals. The next session will be on ball control and weak foot
Training 4-10The next lessons will be on maximizing the potential of the natural skill and working with those skills and strengths to achieve the best results in a game situations.
Training 11+After 11 lessons we would work on individual skills, shots, and game tactics ball control and unique playing style.
Advanced training plan
Your first trainingA challenge Skill corse and shot drill. Possibly a 1v1
Training 2-3Weak foot drills. And ball-to-wall till the ball is glued to your feet. Juggling Minimum of 1000 it doesn’t matter if the ball drops. No shots.
Training 4-10Skill moves with the weak foot plus juggle for 1000 touches with the least amount of drops.
Shots only with the weak foot
Set pieces/in-game situations plays.
