Your first lessonGauge how much you know about tennis, what sports you have played prior, and get working on fundamentals like how to hold the racquet.
Lesson 2-3In the second and third lesson, we would keep working on fundamentals making sure we use the right grip and strike the ball in the sweet spot
Lesson 4-10Fundamentals are the main part of the game and of any sport you play. We will work on ball striking and reps
