My passion is fostering growth in players of all levels, helping them achieve their full potential while enjoying the beautiful game. I am dedicated to sharing my expertise. I have been playing soccer since I was a child, having played all throughout school, in local soccer clubs and at the college level. I have continued to play in recreational soccer leagues as an adult. I also have over 10 years of experience as a soccer referee in the local community, and have coached youth soccer.

My name is Malakhi Statler, and I am a quarterback with two years of college football experience, currently playing at my local community college in Bakersfield, California. I played my high school football career at Frontier High School, where I ran an NFL-style offense and developed a strong foundation in quarterback knowledge such as mechanics, decision-making, and leadership. As a high school quarterback, I was a consistent and productive passer, throwing for over 6,000 career passing yards and 68 total passing touchdowns. I was named First Team All-League during both my junior and senior seasons, earned County Passing Leader honors, and was awarded MVP and Player of the Year in back-to-back seasons. I also received leadership awards my junior and senior years, which reflect my ability to lead, communicate, and elevate those around me. I am an educator who has worked with Pre-K through college. I have an AS in Industrial Technology, a BA in English and Religious Studies, and am just about to graduate with my MA in English as well. I have taught English, Writing, Bible, and Court Reporting classrooms, while also tutoring in a variety of subjects, from the above to Microsoft Office, Math up to Calculus, SAT and ACT test prep, Biology, Religions of Asia, and so on. I am also a published writer academically and creatively.

I been a basketball ball player for most of my life. I ran a basketball league before at the YMCA. I helped put together a youth basketball association with the NBA. We had a basketball clinic with small forward from the Lakers Don Ford .
