Your first lessonOur first session will be about seeing where your body is at. I will give a description of what yoga is.
Lesson 2-3Depending how the first session went, I will create a personalized session based off where your body was at the first session and as well as your goals.
Youth players
Working with kidsWith kids the session is completely different. We add yoga games and create the pranayama into fun breathing games.
What you need to bringAny props you might love. Yoga mat, yoga blocks, yoga strap.
What I can bring2 yoga blocks & yoga mat if needed.
