As a current college athlete for ASU pickleball club and seasoned instructor, I bring three years of experience to the pickleball court, my background in Physical Education helps me tremendously when coaching. focusing on technique and strategy. I foster a supportive and fun environment for all skill levels. My passion lies in helping players unlock their full potential.

Chris, a graduate of Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, turned professional in 1985 and embarked on an international playing career across Southeast Asia and South America while pursuing his dream of competing on the PGA Tour. By 1987, Chris joined the PGA of America as an apprentice and later achieved membership in the Hogan Tour and Nike Tour, now known as the Web.com Tour. In 1992, Chris attained Class A status in the PGA of America and began a dedicated teaching career. He joined the John Jacobs’ Golf Schools in 1997, quickly advancing to Head Instructor at the Hillcrest Golf Course in Sun City West. Since 2001, Chris has been teaching golfers of all ages and skill levels at Anthem, focusing on personalized instruction to enhance enjoyment and the pursuit of improvement in the game. Chris recently took on the role of Boy’s Golf Coach at Boulder Creek High School, where he is excited to mentor and inspire the next generation of up-and-coming golfers.
