Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will begin by instruction on proper scoring in tennis, establishing the goals of the client, and focusing on basic grip of the racquet. Will instruct basic footwork and agility drills to improve movement and conditioning.
Lesson 2-3Instruction on basic groundstroke techniques, proper grip, successful contact with the tennis ball, and introduction to serve techniques. Further instruction on conditioning, use of proper footwork and agility drills to improve coordination and movement on the court.
Lesson 4-10Further instruction on groundstroke techniques, proper volley techniques, and further serve instruction with focus on hitting to various targets with improved accuracy and confidence.
Lesson 11+Advance training to rally point-play with utilization of all groundstrokes, volleys, and serving techniques. Continue instruction on proper footwork, conditioning, and agility drills to prepare for match play and success!
