Hi! I'm a passionate soccer coach with over 16 years of playing experience and 3 years of coaching experience. I've been in love with "the beautiful game" since I was 5 years old, and that passion still fuels me today. I currently coach at CCV and continue to play in competitive 11v11 recreational league in Tempe. My goal is simple: to help you become a better player technically, mentally, and physically. Whether you're just starting out, want to improve specific skills, or are preparing for competitive play, I’ll work with your unique goals to create a personalized training plan that gets results. I believe in developing well-rounded players and building confidence both on and off the field. I’m fluent in Spanish, which allows me to connect with and coach players from diverse backgrounds. Outside of coaching, I bring strong leadership and professional skills to the table. I recently graduated early from Grand Canyon University, earned my DASM certification, and have a proven track record of being hardworking, reliable, and driven by results. With a 30 year tennis playing and coaching career, culminating with a top 40 national ranking and playing D1 at the #1 spot, Andrew was convinced to try pickleball on a whim 4 years ago. He was instantly hooked and immediately began a pursuit of competition and knowledge that took him across the country. He loves every minute of playing and teaching, and the most rewarding part is seeing his students put lessons, tips, and tricks into their gameplay. He competes in tournaments when he can fit them into his busy schedule raising 3 kids with their own athletic aspirations. He is Selkirk/PCI certified and plays at the 5.0+ level.

I have an associate degree in Golf Course Management and a Masters in Public Administration. I worked on cruise lines like the Caribbean, Carnival Cruises, etc, for 10 years as a Golf Professional. The cruises were in Europe, the Caribbean, the US, and Hawaii. I taught lessons on sea days, set up tee times in port, and played with passengers. After the cruise lines, I worked at golf courses, mainly teaching. I enjoy teaching beginners to advanced players. I will accommodate individuals if they are more comfortable learning in groups.
