Beginner training plan
Your first lessonDuring the first lesson, I will analyze your forehand and backhand strokes and make recommendations on how to improve them quickly.
I also will emphasize the proper footwork patterns
Lesson 11+We will learn to play real sets/matches and continue to improve the fitness/footwork
Lesson 4-10We can continue to improve each stroke, work on volleys, serves, returns, point play, strategy and cardio-based drills to improve fitness
Lesson 2-3During the 2nd and 3rd lessons, we will continue to work on perfecting the technique, which usually involves adding spin to the shots. I will provide detailed instruction
