Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson is usually a feeling out lesson. Getting to understand what type of player you are, what type of player you want to be, and what improvements are needed to get there.
Lesson 11+Creating your own game. This is when the player takes the fundamentals and adds their own unique style to best fit them.
Lesson 4-10Repetition. Mastering and building upon the basics while adding counters to become a more complete player.
Lesson 2-3Basic Fundamentals. Dribbling, Defensive stance and movement, passing, layup and shooting form.
