Beginner training plan
Your first lessonMy priority is to build a connection with the students and assess their skill level through fun, low pressured activities. We focus on proper mechanics to build a strong foundation, be comfortable and build confidence.
Lesson 4-10As confidence and skills grow, I increase the intensity and introduce game, speed drills, and defensive concepts. The goal of evolves from simple learning of how to executing a move and understanding when and why to use it in a competitive environment.
Lesson 2-3We start shifting our focus to repetition and consistency. This reinforces the mechanics. I also introduced dynamic movement to help students coordinates.
