Emily coached our daughter and son for a few lessons. They were excited and wanted to play basketball even when she wasn’t there. They really improved their dribbling and shooting skills. However, we couldn’t continue with lessons due to a conflict in scheduling.
Beginner training plan
Your first lessonWe will work on some agility and fundamentals to see where athletes are at. We will also have some games for students to enjoy what they are learning!
Lesson 4-10We will use time for different types of shooting drills, and game-like situations.
Lesson 2-3We will continue with fundamental training and add more drills to use those fundamentals in different settings.
What you need to bringIt’s always helpful if a student can bring their own basketball and good shoes to run in.
What I can bringI will bring a basketball and an agility ladder.
