Hi, I’m Coach Frida Monsalvo I’m a former Division 1 soccer player, All-American, and SCC Defensive Player of the Year with a degree in Kinesiology and a deep passion for helping athletes reach their full potential. I currently serve as the Head Girls’ Soccer Coach at Glen A. Wilson High School and as an Assistant Coach for the Mt. SAC Women’s Soccer Program. With years of experience as both a player and coach, I specialize in sports performance, speed and agility, strength and conditioning, and injury recovery—especially for athletes returning from ACL injuries. I’ve worked with athletes of all levels and ages, from youth players learning the basics to competitive athletes preparing for the next level. I have not coached the game. I have been playing this game on streets on grass on sand , can name it all! Though when I got an injury and couldn't play, my teammates asked to manage them when they were out playing and I took the honor in doing that and learnt a lot! In game coaching as I was captain of my team playing in Lebanon and Nigeria. Moved recently to orange county and can see the lack of soccer culture, and I am so ready to help in that!

I’ve also been coaching for about a year now and really enjoy helping players improve the areas they need most, while also developing skills specific to their position.
