"Richard's first lesson was quite thorough, and I appreciated how he balanced covering all the rules with actually playing the ball around, which kept things engaging. Though, I think with a bit more movement and smoother hits, it could become even more effective. Still, it was a good experience and I’d consider trying Richard again for his knowledge and enthusiasm.

"I continue to learn new things. This past lesson was a mix of drills to help me manage and return balls coming to my center, right and left. I like when Suzanne has me re- doing something until I get the hang of. She is patient, doesn’t move on just because we spent x amount of time on. She will say “nope, let’s do it again”.
